I have found that writing a mission statement is very similar to the premise statement in a theatrical production. They both provide an outline of what your "play" or company will be doing in a clear and concise sentence or two and gets the consumer excited about your business. I think Disney's mission statement was really well done and I am curious to see what other people's favorite mission statements are.
