I totally agree with you. I don't know how many times I have received emails from companies that send me important documents that are marked IMPORTANT!!! that get flagged as SPAM. It is so important to just be specific and not cause such a headache.

SPAM
I hate spam and sometimes when I receive messages from companies they automatically get sent to my spam folder where I instantly delete it without looking. I feel like this is a common practice for most people, and if businesses could just recognize putting SALE!!! gets it sent to the trash and makes their brand look bad and by making it a unique subject, they are less likely to be marked as spam.
